Ramadan Chutney Aloo Recipe in Urdu and
English by Chef Zakir Show Dawat on Hum Masala TV
Ingredients

Potatoes boiled 2

Dried plum 200 gm
3.
Chili powder 1 tsp
4.
Chaat masala ½ tsp
5.
Cumin seeds ½ tsp
6.
Dry mango powder ½ tsp
7.
Coriander powder ½ tsp
8.
Sugar 3 tsp
9.
Coriander leaves as required
10.
Mint leaves as required
11.
Green chilies 3
12.
Salt to taste

Oil 4 – 5 tbsp
Method
1. Heat 4 – 5 tbsp oil in a
wok, add in 200 gm dried plums, ½ tsp coriander powder, 3 chopped green
chilies, 3 tsp sugar, ½ tsp cumin seeds, ½ tsp dry mango powder, ½ tsp chaat
masala, 1 tsp chili powder, salt to taste and a little water.
2. Then add 2 boiled potatoes
and cook for a few minutes till water dries.
3. Lastly dish it out,
sprinkle with coriander leaves and mint leaves. Serve hot.
