Chutney Aloo Recipe by Chef Zakir Show Dawat on Masala TV

Ramadan Chutney Aloo Recipe in Urdu and English by Chef Zakir Show Dawat on Hum Masala TV

Ingredients

1.                 Potatoes boiled 2
2.                 Dried plum 200 gm
3.                 Chili powder 1 tsp
4.                 Chaat masala ½ tsp
5.                 Cumin seeds ½ tsp
6.                 Dry mango powder ½ tsp
7.                 Coriander powder ½ tsp
8.                 Sugar 3 tsp
9.                 Coriander leaves as required
10.            Mint leaves as required
11.            Green chilies 3
12.            Salt to taste
13.            Oil 4 – 5 tbsp

Method

1.     Heat 4 – 5 tbsp oil in a wok, add in 200 gm dried plums, ½ tsp coriander powder, 3 chopped green chilies, 3 tsp sugar, ½ tsp cumin seeds, ½ tsp dry mango powder, ½ tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp chili powder, salt to taste and a little water.
2.     Then add 2 boiled potatoes and cook for a few minutes till water dries.
3.     Lastly dish it out, sprinkle with coriander leaves and mint leaves. Serve hot.
