Ingredients
1. Lychee 100 gm
2. Coconut milk 1 cup
3. Fresh cream ½ cup
4. Sugar 2 tbsp
5. Ice cubes as required
Method
1. Blend together 100 gm
lychee, 2 tbsp sugar and 1 cup coconut milk for 3 – 4 minutes.
2. Now add ½ cup fresh cream
and ice cubes as required. Blend for a few minutes.
3. Now pour in tall glasses,
serve chilled.
