How To Make: Seviyan
Ingredients:
1.
Milk 1 liter

Ice Cream ½ liter
3.
Fruit Cocktail 1 Tin
4.
Condensed Milk 1 Tin
5.
Boiled colorful vermicelli 1 cup
6.
Khoya 1 cup
7.
Cream 1 Packet
8.
Green Jelly 1 Packet
9.
Red Jelly 1 Packet
10. Edible silver leaf 2
11. Rose Water 1 tbsp
12. Red sharbaat 2 tbsp
13. Custard Powder 2 tbsp
14. Almonds, Pistachio as
required
Method:
1. First of all in a saucepan
add 1 liter milk and cook.
2. Cook until boil and add
Boiled colorful vermicelli.
3. Now add 2 tbsp custard powder
and turn off the flame and mix 1 tin condensed milk. And store in refrigerator
to cool.
4. Take 1 packet green jelly
and 1 packet red jelly. Place it to freeze and cut into pieces.
5. Now in a cool vermicelli
add 1 packet cream, 1 tbsp rose water. Pour into ice cream tray and store in
refrigerator.
6. After this pour vermicelli
on ice cream along with 1 tin fruit cocktail.
7. Also add ½ cup milk along
with this.
8. In the end add 1 cup
khoya, jelly pieces and almonds and Pistachio as required.
9. For decoration Place 2
edible silver leaf.
