Anday Kay Kabab recipe by Chef
Zakir the most popular and favorite Chef of Pakistan. He is working on Masala TV
Cooking Show Dawat. This tasty recipe of Anday Kay Kabab can be ready in
approximately 30 Mints and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the
steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish.
Ingredients:
Boiled egg 4
Boiled potato 1
Onion chopped 1
Green chilies 2 – 3
Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
Mint leaves ¼ bunch
Carrot 1 piece
Egg beaten 1
Flour 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper ½ tsp
Oil for fry

Cooking Method:
Finely chop boiled eggs, now mix with 1 mashed potato.
Add in 1 chopped onion, 2 – 3 chopped green chilies, ¼ bunch coriander leaves, ¼ bunch mint leaves and 1 piece of chopped carrot.
Also, add in 2 tbsp flour, salt to taste and ½ tsp black pepper. Mix very well.
Now make into small patties, dip each in beaten egg.
Shallow fry till golden brown and crisp.
